REIA Manager FAQ:


Q: We have decided to select REIA Manager for our member management and event registration provider. How do we get started?

A: It is very easy. Go to the Order Page and Order The REIA Manger. Follow the prompts.


Q: What is the typical process for going live with REIA Manager?

A: First we launch your REIA Manager web site separate from your organization's existing web site. Then you can copy over you existing webpage or hire us to do it for you. Once your pages are created We then import your list of members & non-members into the system. You use the system to send a welcome email to members and we follow up with a personalized email to each member that contains their unique username and password for your site. Then set your domain names' name sever to point our server. Don't worry this is a lot easier than it sounds. That's all it takes!


Q: How secure is the REIA Manager system?
A: Very! We employ advanced encryption technologies from Thawte to encrypt all credit card and personal data transacted via our system. Even though the REIA Manager uses a credit card number to provide e-commerce functionality, we do not store full credit card numbers in our database. In addition, very few employees within our company actually have access to the important contact information your members provide for your organization to operate effectively.


Q: Will SuccessTeam1 sell or use our organization’s data?
A: No. We will not rent or sell lists of our client's personal information to anyone. We will not use personal information collected during registrations for solicitations. SuccessTeam1 Business Solutions does not collect any personal information for its own use, but rather passes the information provided during the registration process to our client organization.

 


Q: Can we use our own merchant account?

A: No. You can only use merchants that are already pre-configured to work with our system: Verisign, Authorize Net. Sterling and Paypal.


Q: Do we receive training with the REIA Manager service?
A: Yes. After the system is integrated into your site you will have access to our video library as well as live webinars every week.

Q: What type of support is offered to us once we sign on with REIA Manager?
A: You can always contact one of our specialists via email. Check out our Support Overview for more details. You can also signup for our Tips newsletter for tips on how to organize and motivate your chapter or club for success.


Q: How quickly can we get “up and running” with REIA Manager?
A: Very. Technical setup of the system on our end takes one day. We will work closely with your current web master to ensure a speedy and reliable integration into your current site. If you need a web site we can custom design one or you can pick from one of our many templates.


Q: We already have a website. Can you host a site that already exists?
A: No. However we can copy most sites into the REIA Manager. You can make content updates from anywhere you have access to the internet!


Q: What is the monthly cost of REIA Manager for our organization?
A: Your month subscription fee is based on the number of active users you have. Please see out pricing schedules for details.


Q: I am not a technical expert. How easy is it to use REIA Manager as an administrator?
A: REIA Manager provides the back office forms and database functionality that keeps you from having to know anything at all about programming or HTML. All you need is basic computer skills and access to the internet! We provide all of the additional training.
